We've prepared this FAQ to ensure your Kitleon experience is smooth, clear, and enjoyable.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, followed by 5 to 12 business days for transit within mainland France. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 6 to 14 business days. For the European Union and the United Kingdom, allow 7 to 14 business days for transit after dispatch. Items with custom flocking may require an additional 2 to 4 business days for preparation.
Do you offer free delivery? Yes! Delivery is free for purchases of €80 or more in all our delivery zones. Below this amount, it is €5.00
Can I cancel or modify my order? You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of confirmation by writing to us at info@kitleon.com. Once processing has begun, modifications are no longer guaranteed — and orders with custom flocking cannot be canceled once customization has started.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us immediately at info@kitleon.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping costs covered by us via a prepaid label.
What is your return policy? You have 30 days after receipt to return an item to us. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags. Please note: jerseys with custom flocking (name and number of your choice) cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of manufacturing defect. All details are available on our Return Policy page.
How long do refunds take? Your return is inspected within 48 business hours of receipt at our return center. The refund is then processed immediately and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your banking institution.
Can I exchange for a different size? Yes! Contact us at info@kitleon.com specifying the desired size. The exchange is shipped upon receipt of your original item, subject to availability. Consult our size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit from the first order.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. Kitleon delivers to mainland France, the European Union (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands) as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How does custom flocking work? On each jersey, you can choose an official player flocking or create your own: select the "Custom Flocking" option, then indicate the name (15 characters max) and number (1 to 99) of your choice. The flocking is done by professional high-durability heat transfer, resistant to washing.
How can I track my order? As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24 to 48 hours before it is activated by the carrier, then track your package in real time.
